Liquitex has several different types of paints and Brilliant Blue is not in all categories of paint. So, if you're looking in one category, you may not see it. Brilliant blue is in their professional paints category under "heavy body." I have just added a new post with all of the information. Included are the URLs for info about the heavy body paints and their color chart. I've also listed the numbers for all of the colors. I've purchased from Dick Blick often and had no problem.
